Exit Aisle Review

by Nandini Trivedi, Bookstagrammer

Elisabeth is headed home after a strenuous year of work. It's her brother's wedding, and she plans to tide the while in the flight with a beer and anticipation of the upcoming festivities.
In the waiting lounge, scoping talent leads her to spot a man who could be the stuff of her dreams. Well-built, clean shaven, dressed in the only way one can describe as casually perfect.
Call it fate or meet-cute, Lumberjack (she terms him so because of his build), and she land in the same row of seats. A casual conversation begins, and they both discover they are headed to weddings. He's headed to meet a friend who is engaged, and she is headed to her brother's betrothal ceremony.
A hapless few moments and a sizeable scare later, they reach Goa. And the most pleasant surprise awaits them. From there, perhaps one can see the realisation of a citrusy sweet love story.

Exit Aisle is deliciously fresh, adequately long without being tedious, and, in summation, a cute little story which will be a perfect accompaniment every time you find yourself in need of a short something to read to get you out of your funk. ❤️🌼
